Derek Howell is the best! He is very nice, respectful, and honest. This is my first move to another state and my first house. Derek was there every step of the way, really great communication and he was kind enough to give us a tour of the city and made us feel so comfortable. He also showed multiple homes and was able to get the home at list price in this seller's market. He scheduled all inspections and managed repairs made before closing.
