Derek and I were tied to the hip for almost a year. It's been a long road to walk but he held my hand all the way. Derek was patient,caring,honest and kindhearted he kept me abreast of all that was happening whether it was a time frame, papers to sign,upcoming house on market or a rejection of a offer I made. He looked out for my best interest always. Hes been patiently there through many of the houses hes shown me as I would say "Derek this isn't it I'm not feeling what I need in my spirit" We made it to the finished line finally in July the house I was meant to have. Derek has been wonderful throughout it all. He will be the one to help me buy or sell my other houses for sure. I give him thumbs up all across the board.
