DeRay was a fantastic agent and went above and beyond to help me sell my home. He explained the process very clearly and came prepared with comps during our first meeting. DeRay took the initiative to help with small repairs, cleaning, and staging to make my home ready for photos and showing. He communicated throughout the entire process and I never had to wonder what was going on or what to expect next. DeRay was an excellent and fair negotiator once we received an offer and went under contract. I don’t think my home selling experience could have gone as smoothly without DeRay as my agent!
