Dennis Young was very helpful in the buying and selling of our home. He was very timely in his communications. When we purchased our home he was very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods in which we were interested. When the time came to sell the property, Dennis was there for us again, helping us with ideas on staging the property and helping us achieve a successful sale.

We met Dennis Young when a neighbor’s house went on the market and he was the listing agent. We were very impressed by how he presented himself and the home he was selling. He was very professional and courteous. We naturally thought of using Dennis as our agent when it came time for us to sell our home. Anytime a problem popped up Dennis was always there to help and guide us through the process. He also made regular check ups on our home as we weren’t always in the immediate vicinity. Needless to say this was an invaluable service, and we will always be indebted to Dennis for all he has done for us. We also bought our new home with Dennis as our agent. We have nothing but high praise for the way Dennis helped us through the process. He was very patient with us, took us all over to see homes. We were very particular about what we wanted in our home so we looked at a LOT of homes. and were so pleased that he hung in there with us. Dennis has so much knowledge and experience, which he shared with us freely, about features of the prospective homes as well as possible issues or problems that he recognized and would point out to us throughout our journey.
