My wife and I used Dennis for 3 real estate transactions. The first in 2013 and the second & third in 2020 (during the Covid-19 pandemic). We purchased a home in 2013. My house had been on the market twice before I found Dennis. Previous realtors never understood my house--very modern; designed for me; not for everyone. They (the previous realtors) showed the house to many who could never live there. I had basically become extremely skeptical of any realtor understanding my house. Along came Dennis. Not only did he understand my unusual house but remarkably understood how to "find" the right buyers. Many realtors will tell you they how to "market" your house, but they don't; they simply do a mass market (ala gunshot) approach. Dennis marketed the house to the right demographic.
