Dennis and his team are really outstanding. They helped me sell my mother’s home quickly and way above asking price. Dennis did a very thorough walk through of the house and provided a sound strategy that resulted in a stress free sale. He took the time to connect with our family and respected our need to sell as is. He has the connections to help sellers clean out their home and is so flexible and accommodating and never pushy like some sales people can be. His background in historical preservation and construction provides him the ideal background to help sellers price their home for a fair price. Best of all he is an incredibly nice person who is really genuine. You won’t find a better realtor out there. I spent a considerable of amount of time looking and interviewing realtors. He has a definite understanding of the market, great communication (right amount), and absolutely professional through every step of the way to include representing me at closing since the bank made things shift a week.

Dennis Snavely is excellent. Initial interview was very straightforward --Mr. Snavely's ease of knowledge with the current market environment, traits specific to the area, and maximizing the property's appeal made everyone comfortable. Not high-pressure about anything, but gave excellent experience-based recommendations along with options. Very likeable, good with people, and forthright. - Communication: Perfect amount. Very clear. Not too much, so it didn't add to normal life-stress. Always responsive. Always genuinely nice, even though I screwed a few things up. - Normal Process: Mr. Snavely and his team have a very organized selling process. Little fix-it things you run into or back and forth with a buyer were no problem at all, because Mr. Snavely and his team made them not a problem. Comes with experience. - Complexity: Inherited property, two out-of-state owners also living in different states from each other - not a problem. I mean I sure it was actually a massive pain, but none of that was passed to me. Very highly recommend.
