Dennis recently helped us sell my father’s home. I live 300 miles from the property. Dennis routinely went above and beyond for my father and me during the process. The Rochester housing market was tight when we were looking and we had some unusual restrictions on what we could consider. Dennis gave us solid advice about what we could expect in terms of the timing of weekly market cycles, the sealed competitive bidding process, and the likely availability of homes meeting our criteria. We were looking from out of state and he worked with our son to do live visits to available homes. We found an acceptable home sooner than expected and Dennis provided (and continues to provide) good follow-up advice about trash and home repair services.
