As two nervous first time home buyers, we chose to work with Dennis, based on a friend's recommendation. I cannot put into words how thankful my wife and I are to have had him as our realtor, guide and friend. His depth of knowledge and breadth of experience came across in every conversation. We had some very specific requests - localities, school districts, age of the building, budget, directions (Vaastu), and an exit strategy (in case we have to sell). He understood our requirements and came up with a plan. His professionalism and attention to detail put us at ease and his personality made it an enjoyable experience. Dennis took care of the mess and stress from the process of home buying and made it a beautiful experience worth remembering. It goes without saying he will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavours. I cannot recommend him enough.
