Dennis and Martha have been successfully selling Maui Real Estate since the 1990's. Competing with over 15,000 Hawaii Realtors, Dennis has earned the elite status as a member of the Top 100 Realtors Hall of Fame in real estate sales volume. Dennis & Martha have extensive market knowledge and expertise in the South Maui luxury real estate market specifically in the Wailea and Makena Resorts, Maui Meadows and exclusive oceanfront residential properties.
Martha, born and raised in Peru, arrived in the US in 1992. She maintains a close relationship with her mother, father and two brothers in Trujillo, Peru. Her father and one brother are medical doctors and one brother an accomplished architect. Spanish being her first language, Martha translates for the Latino community in need of assistance with personal, business, medical and legal transactions.
Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from California State University Sacramento. He has served the community as a Kihei Little League manager and league Vice President, Board of Director Montessori Hale O' Keiki, Committee Member Noble Chef Charity Gala and served many years as Chairman of the Montessori Hale O' Keiki Charity Galas. Dennis is also an Eagle Boy Scout!
Martha and Dennis are very proud, grateful and blessed to have a loving marriage, a dedicated daughter Jaimie, son-in-law Glen and two fabulous grandchildren Morgan & David. “They are our lives!!”
