Dennis tirelessly worked to prepare my friend's condominium for sale, making suggestions for , then managing repairs and improvements and inspection of the property. When necessary, he carefully moved furniture to storage, and helped owner move some of her favorite pieces into her space at Atria. Beyond this, Dennis, contacted potential buyers, advertising and showing the property, and finally organized its successful sale just after the holidays. I never could have managed without Dennis; his sound advice and reliability made all the difference.

I have been buying and selling real estate for 45 years. In all my years of working with agents Dennis Reardon is head and shoulders above them all. Problems that came up were quickly resolved. The people we needed to remedy the problems were available to him due to his experience in the real estate and the construction industry. When we had an issue with fire and co2 alarms he had and electrician there on a Sunday all within two days. Likewise with the septic repair we had to replace a D box within two days in and out inspected. Especially with the small problems that takes place during a sale he was outstanding.
