Dennis O'Donnell

Dennis is one of the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever spoken to about purchasing a property. I reach out to Dennis, about a parcel of land on Maui. The parcel of land had some conservation issues that I am sure must be followed in order to utilize the property. As with any property with this type of designation, you need to ask many questions from many different angels to make sure you don't get stuck with a parcel of land that you cannot utilize effectively. So, I asked the typical questions such as what can I build and I mentioned a home, we discussed a farm, tiny house, glamping etc. Clearly the property had many restrictions that needed to be maneuvered such as the lack of water, which you cannot build without etc. Dennis is NOT that type of guy you want to ask too many questions. He got very personal very quickly and ANGRY and took questions personally as if I kicked his dog or something. As I expressed to him very very calmly, anyone who will be investing the type of resources required to develop the property would have many questions. Apparently, Dennis expectation is to just shut your mouth, spends millions of dollars and figure out later how you will be screwed. What a horrible agent. I own and have purchased tons of properties over the years, I do not recommend this guy. He has a serious bad attitude and is clearly not a people person and lack the patience to do the job. He needs to find a new industry to work in where he does not interact with the general public or business people in any meaningful way.
