Dennis was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had come to him after being with a realtor for 4months, over bidding like crazy and still getting turned down house after house. Dennis was so informative, it turned out the realtor we had before unfortunately didn't know about bank reputations and which ones were best to go with and how if someone may not have heard or dealt with a newer loan company, they may be more reluctant to accept the loan. He answered any and all questions we had, "held our hands" every step of the way, and helped us find our dream house. He made my family extremely comfortable and explained every thing to both of us. He made the buying experience less stressful (you know, buyers anxiety..you wanna know NOW. Lol) I highly reccomend him. Even if you just have questions right now... Dennis was amazing. When my fiancé wasn’t with me he let me know everything in detail about to house from the roof to water moisture in the house to the sump pumps. Because I had a FHA loan he let me know the do’s and dont’s with having them. I gave him my vision of how I want my house and just about every house I was showed had what I wanted I just unfortunately got out bid. His energy and vibe was amazing I was very comfortable talking to him I didn’t feel like he was turning to rush me into a house. He took his time and was patient with me because I am a very picky person. When it came to the final sale price the the range we agreed on was what we bought the house for. I honestly don’t think I would have found a house if he wasn’t my realtor.
