Moving from NJ (selling 2 homes) to Florida was not an easy undertaking in the middle of Covid last year however, I was referred to Dennis and He had so much knowledge on the areas I liked & comps surrounding. I have dealt with many realtors in my life but I must say Dennis McLaughlin stands above the rest. When I contacted Dennis he came over and looked the condo over and then gave me his assessment of what needed to be done to prepare for sale. He explained each part, found repairmen, received my approval and then went and to oversee each phase. He kept me informed in every aspect from fixing it up to the contracts we received. He did an excellent job as the selling price was $45,000 over list price.
