Dennis was very knowledgeable about Sun City Grand and Sun City West, which is where we were looking to buy. He was very friendly and easy to work with, and since I hadn't bought a house in 59 years, he made it very easy for me and explained everything well. I recommended him to a friend in Colorado who was thinking about buying in Arizona, and he found her a house and she is moving in next month. She thanked me for the recommendation and enjoyed working with him. I would recommend him again.
