It took a long time to sell our particular piece of property because it was a vacant lot, and we also had gotten inquiries directly to our office. We gave a couple of leads to Dennis, but he found them unsuitable and/or suspicious. It was worth the wait to get the right offer, and the buyer wanted a quick escrow, which was fine with us.
