Dennis Jordan

Carl and I were fortunate to have Dennis as our realtor. We didn't know him at all when we first met him, but within minutes of talking, we felt like he was an old friend. He has a way of making his clients feel as though they are his only ones. But that is certainly not the case, as he is just that dedicated to everyone, and I don't know how he does it. He truly loves what he does, helping all of us find that perfect house that we all want to call home. Dennis and his staff were there every step of the way, always answering a text, email or phone call whenever we had questions, concerns or sometimes just a reassuring word. We cant even begin to explain how great Dennis Jordan was, and will continue to sing his praises to all of our friends and family.

Dennis was invaluable to us when we were purchasing a home before moving to town. Although we were in different time zones, he was available to talk when we needed him. We relied heavily on his experience and knowledge of the area as well as his feedback on home viewings since we weren’t able to walk through them ourselves. Dennis quickly picked up on the elements of a house and neighborhood that were most important to us and made sure we found the right home. In a competitive market, his guidance helped us get the home we wanted even though the sellers had multiple other offers. We also appreciated Dennis’s friendly and warm personality.
