My wife and I had been looking for property for an extended period of time in a rather casual fashion as we were under no time pressure. His advice was flawless; as his management of due diligence service providers. Lastly, Dennis managed to build great relations with the sell-side which allowed us to control the sales process and then ultimately also achieve the full price discount target that we had set ourselves.
