Dennis helped the reviewer buy this property

Dennis Derwacter the GOAT Realtor

Working with Dennis to buy our Florida home was a wonderful experience! He was fighting for us every step of the way. During this crazy real estate market with multiple offers, immediate response time, seeing the exact homes that fit our taste, etc, he had us covered! He arranged a day of showing us exactly the types and locations of homes we would be interested in. When we found the right one (in just one day), he immediately jumped on explaining our offer and exactly what we needed to do (Florida was uncharted waters for us). He kept us informed on a daily basis about what to expect. He was there personally every step of the way. He even helped with our internet, etc. on our moving in day! We could not say enough wonderful things about Dennis. We are just very blessed to have found him!
