In a perfect world, you would expect a realtor to be professional, a great communicator, and an expert negotiator. In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, our expectations we considerably lower. We needed a home and we needed it fast after losing our beloved home to the hurricane on September 28th. After the shock of that loss, we found Dennis, or rather, he found us. A seemingly random follow up call from a website visit I made led to our working together. To say that Dennis was a joy to work with would be a considerable understatement on my part. He was kind and supportive, took the time to understand our needs and situation and within exactly one day, he helped us find the perfect home. He made himself available in the evenings when we were off work to show us a few houses and the last of three was our winner. I cried because I wasn't expecting to love any house after just losing our dream home. He excepted tears and hugs with a smile. He guided us through the closing process, found us a lender when our financing fell through, and he was simply there for us every step of the way. Dennis was a great person to work with. We are not from Florida and first started our home search by texting Dennis. When we finally met Dennis he took the time to talk to us, asked questions, and more importantly listen to us. Dennis rearranged his work schedule and home schedule because we were only in Florida for a short time. Once we found what we wanted, Dennis worked hard for us getting the price we wanted. Working with Dennis to buy our Florida home was a wonderful experience! He was fighting for us every step of the way. During this crazy real estate market with multiple offers, immediate response time, seeing the exact homes that fit our taste, etc, he had us covered!
