About Dennis

I spent 24 years in the Army, serving in places like Iraq, Afghanistan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Tanzania, and Germany before eventually finding my way to Sanford, Cameron, and Fayetteville. Those experiences taught me a lot about people, communication, and staying steady when life gets busy. I bring that same mindset into real estate every day. I’ve lived in this area for years, so I understand the neighborhoods, the pace of the market, and what makes this part of North Carolina special. I work with a lot of military families and folks connected to Fort Bragg, and I understand the pressure that comes with PCS moves. I’ve done my share of them, and I know how important it is to feel supported through the process. My approach is calm and simple. Be clear. Be honest. Make things easier for my clients. I focus on communication, real numbers, and helping people avoid unnecessary stress. My goal is to guide people at a pace that feels right for them. When I’m not working, I’m usually with my son or out on the soccer field coaching. This community means a lot to me, and I’m grateful I get to help people put down roots here.
