Knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and dependable: We moved from Washington state to North Carolina. Unable to visit the Charlotte area before the move, Dennis was our eyes and ears in NC; traversing the Charlotte metro area to walk through the homes in real life that we found online. Dennis had our back throughout the home-buying process, making sure we had a good sense of the house, neighborhood, and community and helped us avoid a couple of older-home issues that would have developed into pitfalls in the near future.
