Dennis got my family and I into our first house. His knowledge and expertise was a guiding light through a very complex process. The closer we got to sealing the deal, the more we realized just how much we didn’t know and Dennis was there to lead us through all of that. He always answered the phone, he was always making sure we understood what is going on and was always looking out for our best interest. We put in offers on over a dozen houses and each time we did he was there to explain the components of the contract, where we were in the negotiation, and what to expect next. He made sure we didn’t get taken advantage of and that we got the home we wanted at a fair price. Very professional and consistent. Gives good advise but also listens to his client needs and wants. He surrounds himself with professional vendors such as inspectors and maintenance. I recomend you hire him asap. If you have doubts trust me when i say you won't when he helps you find your forever home every step of the way.
