Wow where do we start! Highly recommend him. We do not live in the area. We were landlords. He took care of everything right down to minor maintenance of the house which he didn’t have to do. It saved us a trip up there. Communication was great. Always called and texted with all updates on the selling process. We had used Dennis before when renting our property and always said that if we wanted to sell he would be our first call.
