Dennis definitely went above and beyond his call of duty when we met him. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him. We found Dennis by luck when we went to see a property he was showing and our realtor didn’t show up. He was really attentive and very knowledgeable when we were asking questions about the ranch homes. Dennis excellence is really solid and consistent. As first time ranch home buyers we really couldn’t be happier that we found Dennis. Following are the things that I think Dennis has been consistently exceeded: 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person’s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (My wife didn’t do it on purpose).I couldn’t recall the specific questions that we asked Dennis but we were very impressed every time when we got the response from Dennis. His expertise and timely response makes him really reliable. 2. Timely communication – Dennis has so many clients at hands but I was amazed by how he was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the deliver on time; it’s the accuracy of his response and the knowledge he has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care – this is where I really think Dennis went above and beyond. Dennis took great care of all our needs. We were looking for a big lot with a nice home. We drove thru areas that neither of us never existed because some if them were remote. He never said no. He worked hard for us and really cared about us. We were truly blessed to have met Dennis on that faithful Saturday morning. Thank you Dennis we really appreciate you going above and beyond for us.
