Deniz Yalmaz

I would like to start off by saying I met Deniz in 2012 when he was helping my parents buy a home. He was very patient, helpful, positive, and tried to meet their every needs. At the end we got our dream home because of him. I was also present in 2015 when he helped my older sister buy her first home. In 2018 it was my turn to experience being a first time homebuyer. Although it was a bit stressful Deniz managed to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. He got me in contact with a loan company and began to send me homes immediately that met my requirements. He went around my work/life to schedule house tours. Deniz also gave his honest opinion on homes when he would give me the house tours (which were fully welcomed.) With his help once again I was able to obtain the house that I wanted. To wrap things up, Deniz is now like a part of our family and we are truly grateful for all he has done for all of us. A wonderful realtor, the best we have ever met.
