We first met Deniz I think close to two years before we closed on a sale with her - through that time she never pressured or made us feel like we were wasting her time. In the end we used Deniz to help sale our house in Eugene and during a big change in the market with new realtor rules around commissions. She walked us through every step along the way and wanted to make sure we knew exactly what every step was and how to make decisions around it. She really made the selling process easy and was always willing to address all of our questions - her caring nature really comes through in everything she does. She has some great connections as well when it came to staging, photos, marketing, financing and more that really helped the whole process come together smoothly. In the end with her help, we had an offer for asking in 8 days of going to market!! Buying or selling we'll be recommending Deniz if anyone asks about a great realtor to work with!
