DO NOT underestimate her and her abilities to give you nothing but 110% effort in representing you either as the buyer or seller's agent. To start off, she is the most personable person you will ever work with and that is very important for a person who is arguably making one of the most significant purchases in a person's lifetime. I’ve known Denitsa for a little, meeting her through her husband, both of us being active duty Marines. I trusted her with helping my parents buy their home after renting for over 10 years. The process of buying a home is not an easy one, especially since my husband is deployed. But Denitsa took me by the hand and walked me through every step - I did not feel like I was doing this alone. She took the time to explain things to me and answered any and all of the questions I had.
