Denise was very knowledgeable of available software and property market conditions. She kept us aware of all changing conditions even into late evening hours. She was very pleasant and quick to respond to our questions. A valued asset to Polter Realty. Thankyou Denise!!!!

Denise was very easy to work with. She always had good suggestions and kept us updated on every aspect of the selling process.

We needed to buy a home very last minute and fast. Denise was recommended to me and I immediately called her and received a response. We put a bid on the second house we looked at and it was accepted. I felt so lucky to get the first home I put an offer on. She had great advice and recommendations that I felt truly made a difference. She was very flexible, we had no issue scheduling viewings. She made sure I understood every step of the buying process and always immediately responded to my questions and concerns.

Denise has helped us buy and sell our home and has shown she has great expertise with both. I am so thankful for her going above and beyond to help us sell our home in such a quick timeframe! I would recommend Denise to all friends and family looking to buy/sell.

Denise was easy to work with. I was able to contact her anytime & if she was unavailable at that moment she would get back with me promptly. She kept me up to date on what was going on in the process and worked hard to get answers from the buyers when their agent wasn’t as forthcoming with answers. I definitely recommend her.

Denise Workman was excellent to work with to find my home. Since I lived 2 hours away it was difficult to look at houses during the week. Therefore, Denise spent many weekend showing me houses until we found the one. Any time I asked to see something, she made it work.

Highly recommend!! Very knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service!!!! Beyond thankful!

Denise is AWESOME she made this process so smooth and easy, always available for any questions we had & super helpful! 10/10!!

Denise was wonderful to work with! She helped us list and sell our home in the short timeframe that we needed. She was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. It was a great experience!

Denise was good about explaining everything to me along the way. If I had questions she was good about getting back to me quickly. We got together a couple times to discuss progress and what I could do to help sell the house. It only took 4 months to sell my house and I am so grateful to Denise for all her guidance.

Denise is the best agent. I felt comfortable with her from day one. We love our new home.
