After I secured her services as my real estate agent Denise went to work right away with gathering information about recent home sales in the listed propertys area which she promptly forwarded to me and allowed me to set a asking price and then Denise made some suggestions based on her past experiences and after we locked in the asking price she continued to make recommendations throughout the entire selling process.
