I’m not one to write reviews but I had to for this. I am unable to truly express on how much of a horrible experience I received from this agent and the sale of my home. The agent was unprofessional, passive aggressive and truly unpleasant. The overall experience of selling a home and purchasing a home is already overwhelming and unfortunately this agent did not make this process easier but instead made the experience worse. In her mind her job was done once the home was listed on the MLS. All of the work in between required follow up calls, emails and texts in order for her to action. She would even withhold information such as interested buyers and delays with mortgage commitments. If there was a 1/2 a star it would be all hers. Buyer / seller be aware, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Denise was and is a professional genius, from introduction, pictures, contracts to sale - Denise was kind, informative, knowledgeable, responsive and professional from day one. I enjoyed working with her and recommend her highly. Looking forward to working with her again for she will be the first I reach out to for the future - smooth on negotiation skills, for it was a one turn negotiation- so didn't experience negotiation much, which shows me Denise knows the market and works hard in presenting exactly what she claims.
