After setting up a meeting to discuss my wants and needs, Denise's suggestions for new homes to look at was spot on. I was also buying from out of town so I was able to trust she had a good idea for the style I was going for even when I could not see it in person. She was adept at pointing out potential pitfalls of homes even before an inspector took a look at it and has been in the area for a long time, knowing traffic patterns, neighborhoods and such. She supported a decision to cancel a contract after some issues were found without me feeling pressured about it, and also helped me find a temporary place to rent after I moved, which was really above and beyond. She was always easy to reach including at odd times. When I later found the home I later purchased, the process went smoothly and she even helped out with some "house sitting" after the closing was complete. Would highly recommend.
