She was able to contact the agents of 3 homes and get us in that day. We ended up purchasing one of the homes we saw with her. Denise was diligent in keeping us in the loop throughout the purchase process, responded to our messages quickly and was very accommodating to our needs when we came to town. She walked us through the inspection report and didn't hesitate to go back to the seller with our requests for repairs. She got it all done! We consider it a blessing that it worked out the way it did at the beginning with the schedule mix up. We only wish we could bring her down to the Columbus market to sell our old home! Denise was awesome. She help sell my parents home. A house they lined in for 25 years, was painted when they moved in and never again. My mom was a candle burner, so to say soot everywhere. We removed pictures and frame out lines everywhere. Denise came in walked through with me gave me ideas on staging, I thought with staging and condition of house no way this would sell and at top dollar. Leave it to Denise and her photographer made the place look amazing. Listing went live, one day later house sold. 30 days later closed. Though whole process Denise kept me informed and up to date on everything. Never once did I have to call her on anything, she was on top of everything. Thank you for everything and if I need a agent again she’ll be the only person I’ll use.
