Denise was awesome. She help sell my parents home. A house they lined in for 25 years, was painted when they moved in and never again. My mom was a candle burner, so to say soot everywhere. We removed pictures and frame out lines everywhere. Denise came in walked through with me gave me ideas on staging, I thought with staging and condition of house no way this would sell and at top dollar. Leave it to Denise and her photographer made the place look amazing. Listing went live, one day later house sold. 30 days later closed. Though whole process Denise kept me informed and up to date on everything. Never once did I have to call her on anything, she was on top of everything.
