Very unusual to have a realtor who helps out so much, definitely went WAY above and beyond to make the deal happen! Very knowledgeable, caring, super responsive, capable, and friendly! She knew all the local ins and outs of which companies to use for plumbing, HVAC, housecleaning, really super helpful! A delight to work with her. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I were searching for a condo for our son in the Long Beach area. When I requested an agent online Denise responded immediately. We were able to see 2 properties on the same day as our first contact. The first condo was beautiful so Denise helped us with the home buying process which is really stressful in today's seller's market. We almost got the property but our son decided to withdraw. Denise kept on top of all the details with kindness and compassion. I believe she is the kindest real estate agent I've ever worked directly with. After my son pulled out of course we were disappointed. Through it all Denise was understanding and put the interests of my son in the forefront. Denise gets 5 out of 5 stars simply because she deserves it. First of all, I needed an agent that specializes in the Long Beach area. I had agents in other areas I worked with on investment properties, but was lacking in LB. After a few searches on real estate websites I was flooded with emails and calls from well meaning agents. Denise was the only one who listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and gave me a list based on my criteria. Her attention to detail was perfect. I needed someone with these skills as I was negotiating a tricky 1031 exchange on multiple properties out of state with a 45 day deadline and downsizing to one property in Long Beach. Denise was unfazed. She helped us through the process, showing a complete mastery of the ins and outs of real estate investing, always being there when we called, even late night on Sundays, weekends, anytime. When we finally decided on a property she negotiated a better price and even got the seller to spend thousands on upgrades to seal the deal. There are very few superstars in real estate. Denise is one of them.

Denise is very good at her job. Rumor has it she is the best agent in Southern California. I purchase three house in one year with her. And extra ordinary satisfy with her service.

If I could give Denise 10 stars review I would've done that. She is absolutely awesome. She is so knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful and it's a real pleasure to deal with her and besides she is a wonderful person. I had to sell my condo real fast and I moved far from Long Beach, she helped me not only with real estate transactions, but she was all the way there for me whether helping me to remove all my stuff, waiting for the plumber or decorating condo to make it look nice for potential buyers.
