Denise Raines is one of the brightest and most uplifting realtors I have ever worked with. She made such a very stressful time In my life and my family's go as smoothly as possible. Denise even helped my out of state realtor that was relatively new in the field on the offer we made on my new home with some helpful tips.. What a breeze it was for me. Aside from Denise helping me sell my home I have made a new friend for life. She was there with every question I had along the way. Other realtors I worked with in the past didn't care about my best interests. They just wanted to make a quick buck like a used car salesman. It's just nice to know that there is still a few good people left out there in such a cutthroat world we now all have to live in. Thanks again Denise!

I have bought and sold many properties and Denise Raines is definitely the best realtor I have worked with out of a dozen plus over the years. She goes beyond what is expected, checking up on your property, finding contractors to do repairs (had to cut down a tree, clean up the yard, fix a few plumbing issues, clean the interior, etc). She not only found people for me to do the jobs but met with them at the property to let them in and later to check up on their work. She did much of this without me even asking. At a time of my life, where I am overwhelmed, she was a real life saver! After getting my house in perfect order (make repairs per her recommendation) my house sold quickly, with multiple offers over the asking price within the first day. The photos of the property where specular - my placed looked fabulous as she promised. You can't go wrong.
