Our experience with Denise was exceptional! My mom passed away and we needed to sell her home. Before she passed she told me to use Denise as she had sold my parents their house back in 2005. My brothers and I live in 3 different states separate from our mom so this challenge was unique! I was the main point of contact but Denise knew we would be making this decision together. We had an offer the first day and she went to work! Unfortunately that sale fell through but Denise had a back-up plan - another offer that day! Well, that one was filled with family drama and also fell through! We were not discouraged as Denise had done everything she could do to ensure they were good buyers but circumstances out of her control caused these offers to fall through. In pure Denise style she had another offer that day! She worked tirelessly to communicate with all three of us and keep us informed. Well the week of closing was finally upon us when she got the call….we have to push the closing because the buyers had a death in their family. I was scheduled to go on vacation and would have to push the closing 2 weeks! Here’s where you KNOW you have an awesome realtor! She offered to drive the paperwork to the buyers in Virginia, from Kentucky, to obtain their signature so my vacation would not be impacted! Well, needless to say, that wasn’t necessary but oh so thoughtful! We did close and it was very smooth but I will forever be grateful for her hard work, understanding and willingness to get our house sold!
