This is the 2nd time I’ve used Denise. She help me sell my condo and buy my last house in 2016. She was a complete upgrade from my last realtors. On top of everything and made process as painless as possible. Very patient and offered great advice when looking for new home. I was fortunate enough to have Denise help me find a new home again this past week. She was able to arrange my escrow to close on both properties on the same day . I didn’t have to stay anywhere while escrow closed on my new home. I was able to move in immediately after selling my old home.

Denise is very skilled at her trade. A pure professional with pro-active traits. Communication was very thorough and relative to the subject matter. Ruthann and I would have picked 6 stars, if it was available.
