Licensed in both Minnesota and Georgia, Denise Nani knew she was meant to be a REALTOR. Having always known that she wanted to chart a path that focused on helping others, Denise found her niche in real estate. Combining her knowledge and experience, she is able to help guide them through the largest investments in their lives.
Denise comes with experience and an extensive array of training certifications and designations. Her business has been built on dedication, communication, determination and trust which help her fulfill her ultimate goal of helping her clients make the best decisions.
With her years of experience, Denise has honed her skills in negotiating, innovative marketing, and has established a strong network of resources and referrals across the nation. Even with the sales, training and awards, Denise simply wants you to enjoy the real estate process and have you win in the end. Denise’s approach to educating her clients regularly results in them sending their friends and family to her because her previous clients know she will put them first.
Denise brings skills and experience from a background of serving and helping others by being a part of her local, state and national PTA. As a part of this organization, Denise advocated for children and parental involvement. These experiences helped teach her the discipline and understanding necessary to be successful in the real estate industry.
Outside of her business, Denise enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and her latest obsession: biking. Being based in Minnesota, Denise is able to explore nature in all seasons and loves the Dakota County trails near her home.
