Denise found a great home for us in a tough market. She has the knowledge that can only be gained by experience She knows the area and has tremendous knowledge base for contractors for things like home inspection fireplace septic etc. In addition she knows houses. She knows what a well head looks like or if a room has coax or ethernet connections etc. If we had questions and she didn't know (which was rare) she would find out quickly. One of the most important features for a great realtor is to be available and to respond Denise is the best we have ever had in that regard!!

Once again Denise Mortensen provided top-notch service. She always goes above and beyond she is patient and caring and carefully walks you through the process. I have used Denise three times to buy a home and two times to sell a home. I hope one day I have the opportunity to use Denise's services again.
