We put our house on the market right when interest rates went up, and after a few months of low offers, we decided to take it off the market. She was very understanding when we informed her of that, and four months later we had her put it back on the market and it sold in 4 days! My experience with Denise couldn't have been better! In a ridiculously tight market, she kept her eyes open and her ears to the ground and notified me as soon as something meeting my requirements became available. We were actually the first people to see it the day it hit the market and, by the end of the day, she had put in an offer for me, then locked it down the very next day. As basis, the property was held by my late brother in CT and I live in OH as admin of his estate. Once contacted through a local CT friend of the family Denise got involved and made it happen. Listed at the right price, featured through great pictures and it was in contract in a day. Denise recommended a closing attorney, stopped by the property often to assist with information I needed for utilities, and coordinated repairs to get the property ready to close. I cannot say it enough, without Denise none of this would have happened.

Denise was great through the whole process of selling our home. There were so many bumps in the road and I really didn't think it was going to go through. Denise was incredible throughout the whole process. This should have been a fairly easy listing but got extremely complicated due to a very difficult tennant. Alot of agents would have walked away but Denise stayed positive and in the end we got more for the property than listed. I would recommend Denise to looking to purchase or sell a home.
