We have moved quite a few times and thus have had experience dealing with many real estate agents. Denise is truly a cut above. She had amazing and simple to implement ideas on how stage our house, insisted the photographer come back a few times until we had just the right photos for the internet and magazines, and proved a great negotiator when it came to contract. All in all, a great broker.
