Resourceful, Knowledgeable, and Communicative--Best Agent Ever!

When selecting our realtor, I knew immediately that we needed Denise. She knows almost everyone up here and is well-informed about everything going on in Rim Country. Her real estate depth of knowledge was incredibly helpful during the process. She’s thorough, competent, resourceful, as well as warm and communicative. We made some improvements to the house during the selling process, and she was terrific at helping us navigate that process. We previously had tried to make improvements but had difficulty finding workers. Her connections made getting those upgrades done easy. Her experience also guided us through some hard decisions during the negotiating process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Denise is the best asset to have when doing so.
