When we first met Denise we were pretty set on a certian home so she helped us list our home. We were able to get an offer fairly quickly but unfortunately it was a contingency that fell through. Denise was able to get us a new offer really quickly and even helped us find a better home after the first one fell through. She took the time to find homes that had the land we were looking for and we fell in love with the home we are in now. It is the perfect home for our family. Everything worked out and we really appreciate the patience and effort that Denise put into all of this.
