Denise made the whole buying process look easy. She communicates well with all the other parties involved, and went from initial offer to closing in less than 30 days. We'd been looking for months for vacant land. This was all new to us, so we needed a lot of handholding. We had 2 other agents who just never gave us the service we really needed. Denise is a top notch realtor. She is good at advising seller on pricing & offers and is a great with negotiations. When we wanted to take the property off the market for winter, she advised us to leave it on. Sure enough an offer came in. It was a low ball offer and jointly owners and Denise made a decision to counter at an acceptable price. Eventually that buyer ended up buying the property. She is actively in the Happy Jack area almost daily and actively showing the property to potential buyers.

When we first met Denise we were pretty set on a certian home so she helped us list our home. We were able to get an offer fairly quickly but unfortunately it was a contingency that fell through. Denise was able to get us a new offer really quickly and even helped us find a better home after the first one fell through. She took the time to find homes that had the land we were looking for and we fell in love with the home we are in now. It is the perfect home for our family. My experience with Denise was better then I expected.i had already known Den I se bur wasn't sure about her knowledge but decided to use her.Definatly a wise decision.She made everything very easy for me,A signature here a signature there and it was almost done.She was able to get me what I wanted and able to get me into a new place within one day of closing on my place.Couldnt have asked for more. I agreed to wave inspection to move right in and Denise insisted I have the septic inspected and turns out it was cracked and they had to replace.i WA s gratefully of her knowable to know this.i would highly recommend Denise to anyone she is very thorough and very professional.

Do the fact that I did not put my cabin on the market until the beginning of fall and fall time is usually a slow time for buying homes at first it was a slow start but Denise being the professional realtor she is and putting my cabin on several different realtor sites I still sold my cabin within 50 days I highly recommend her to anyone that's wanting to buy or sell a home or cabin up in the White mountains
