I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had buying our first home with Denise. My boyfriend and I had started our home search process, and my mom had suggested contacting Denise, as we’ve known her family for years. Being our first time getting into buying a home, we were nervous and not entirely sure where to begin. We met with Denise and from the start she assured us she was here for us and we would figure this crazy market out. She was determined and her kind and energetic personality won us over almost immediately. She explained every single step of the process probably more than once, answered every question, and got us to every open house we wanted to look at. She is a massive source of knowledge and has a huge network of other trusted professionals. We put our faith in her and we were not disappointed! Denise helped us get our second ever offer accepted, and I am still in disbelief I’m sitting in my own home writing this review and singing her praise. For us being first time homebuyers, younger, unmarried, in not the most “traditional” setup to want to buy a home, we were afraid we’d have trouble being taken seriously. Denise and everyone she suggested we work with (lender, attorney, etc) were all wonderful and we had no issues expressing what we wanted or needed. I simply can’t recommend Denise enough!! She is my first suggestion for everyone I speak to looking to buy or sell their home, and I look forward to having her handle all of my real estate needs in the future.
