Denise and her team made Selling My House effortless. Her team took care of EVERYTHING. She was in constant communication with me from pre-listinh to post-closing. The sale closed in less than 30 days. I would recommend Denise and her team to anyone selling a home.
Denise Matthis has been my real estate agent for a number of years. She and her team did an outstanding job in obtaining a sale of the properties we were listing. She was always available and was responsive to our inquires. I would highly recommend Denise if you are looking for a real estate broker who will go the extra mile for you.
Denise and her team at DEM Real Estate were truly amazing and made us feel like family from the first meeting! They were patient and communicative throughout the process, catering to our needs. Even after closing, we had a shipping delay of our cars and they took care of it for us so we could make our flights. If you’re thinking of buying in the Southern California area, DEM Real Estate is the team for you!
Denise went above and beyond helping me buy my first home. She put my needs before anything and kept me in the loop at all times. She is patient. Professional and trustworthy with a great personality highly recommended
Denise was very knowledgeable about market trends, she knew the perfect price to list the house at and was excellent at weeding out the bad offers even if they looked great. She was amazing to work with and she got our house sold for more than we expected.
