As the journey began, Denise used her extensive contacts to get the property to a more desirable condition. Once we got the house spiffed up and ready to list, Denise helped "stage" the property for an even better pictorial story for the listing photos. I've never sold a property before, and it was complicated due to it being part of my mother's estate. There were some unexpected "wrinkles", but she did her homework and had proposals on how to handle / overcome any possible issues. In the end, we were able to get the deal done; and even with the initial offer falling through, the second one was closed within 60 days of listing.
