Denise guided us smoothly through the process of selling our home
We lived in our home in Ripon for almost thirty years, so we haven't had to work though the selling process in quite a while. Denise helped us understand what needed to be done to market the home, helped us set a fair price, and was there through every step of the process. When a problem came up, Denise was always quick to find a solution. We ended up selling our house quickly and for more than we thought we could get. We also felt the house, which we loved, was passed on to a great young family
