Denise Maddox is patient, friendly and down to earth. She will cover to my house prior to going active to help pack some of the things. My family has fallen in love with her and made her part of us. We had a really bad experience buying that house but Denise made this sale very smooth. The hard part was getting ready for the sale which she was always available to help. Denise is a fantastic agent!!! She always kept me informed, had local insight, had numerous resources to get the job done. Thanks to her hard work I’m in a new home that is more than I expected, I have over 20K in equity before I turned the key , an affordable payment that is less than what most people pay for rent. My home is in a great neighborhood so close to schools that I can see one through the trees in my back yard.
