I would absolutely recommend Denise. I had read other user's reviews online and ultimately decided to use her as my realtor as a result. Now my review will add to the growing list off great reviews. She was communicative throughout the process and responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. As I was a first time seller, I had plenty of newbie questions but felt at ease and comfortable asking any of those questions to her. Should I need to sell again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to give Denise a call in the future.
