I drove 9 hours r/t to see a few houses in Sedona. I ended up asking Denise to look at houses for me and I trusted her to write up a contract and negotiate for my best interest on a purchase in Sedona. Without asking... Denise had the roof inspected and negotiated the repairs and looked after my best interest which included finding the cheapest insurance rates, house cleaners, window washers, pool maintenance companies. granite company, kitchen cabinet makers and most importantly the best finance company that gave me an incredible rate with low cost. Denise sent her husband over to make sure the roof repairs were correct. She also checked on my decision making skills for purchasing new flooring. Denise is the real deal and will protect your investment. She also offered to pay to have my window's washed... I know if I asked her the depth of the pool she would have jumped in to check. What more can you expect or ask for? She is honest and has a caring personality. I could not recommend anyone else in the Sedona area. She is the best at what she does and always answers phone calls.
